- Close Outlook Express and rename your sentitems.dbx to sentitems.dbx.old
-Reopen Outlook Express and it will work.
The reason this happens is due to the dbx file being either corrupted or full. Once an email hits the outbox
Outlook moves it to the sent items file, if this file is corrupted then it
bounces back to outbox. Outlook may give you an error that looks like
the emails hasn't been sent but it has been sent many times.
